Wilhelm Automotive Repair & Tires

The team here did an amazing job, from the service desk to the techs. We had an unexpected breakdown in Surprise during a roadtrip late afternoon and they immediately let us know they may not be able to get us in for a diagnostic/repair until the next morning. We got a hotel nearby and they got us a ride there and back when it was ready for pickup. Great people, amazing service! 5 stars

I've never been disappointed dealing with Wilhelm 's. The associates are always friendly, helpful and courteous. In particular, Germaine is especially helpful. I look forward to future dealings w/Wilhelm 's. You guys are my go to garage!!

Recommended by friends who are long-time clients; when we had a minor emergency while driving. The sheild under the front wheels was partially detached. We stopped at Wilhelm late afternoon, no appointment, but they fixed the problem. They were gracious, pleasant and professional. The waitng area is comfortable and clean. They are now our " go to" place for service.

I did not leave the facility until an hour and 40 minutes later. Unacceptable for an oil change. No sense of urgency with the counter folks because they spend a half an hour building a quote that I will describe in this post. The reason the oil change took so long was because they do their best to build a massive quote on everything that is wrong with your vehicle. I was presented with a bill for $3600 for repairs that they said were needed which included tires. Their measurements showed differences from right to left across the front tires and claimed that I needed an alignment. I drive this car every day and I know it does not need an alignment and the tread where was very even across each tire with only slight differences in tread depth. I spent over 10 years in the tire industry and I can tell you that this was not a needed replacement nor was an alignment needed. The markup on their parts was astronomical. When I shopped around for motor mounts and hoses and calculated the difference from what they quo
